We reserve the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in PIQ Mentoring’s sole discretion.

Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about yourself or your children in any Communication Service. PIQ Mentoring does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any Communication Service and, therefore, PIQ Mentoring specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Communication Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Communication Service. Managers and hosts are not authorized PIQ Mentoring spokespersons and their views do not necessarily reflect those of PIQ Mentoring.

Materials uploaded to a Communication Service may be subject to posted limitations on usage, reproduction and/or dissemination. You are responsible for adhering to such limitations if you download the materials.

Materials Provided to PIQ Mentoring Or Posted at Any PIQ Mentoring website

PIQ Mentoring does not claim ownership of the materials you provide to piqmentoring.com (including feedback and suggestions) or post, upload, input or submit to any piqmentoring.com website or its associated services (collectively “Submissions”). Live Content and Representative Members

The piqmentoring.com website relies on thought-provoking lessons in the form of articles as well as semi-private groups to teach our models on human needs, behavior, and motivation. New articles are added often to dispel myths, raise awareness and to teach using real-life examples and current events. The semi-private groups are available to paying members only and offer limited ability to discuss real events with some degree of privacy. Note that we take every precaution to protect member’s group comments from the general public view and to block them from search engines though we cannot make any guarantees of privacy. If we learn of or discover any unintended privacy breaches, we will work to immediately remedy. There is an inherent risk of sharing one’s personal experiences, needs and beliefs and we cannot be held responsible for what is posted by our members.

The piqmentoring.com website is a group learning community.  Because the content is user/group created, if a user decides to leave the community, the questions, comments and general content posted by them to the community on the piqmentoring.com website will not be removed.  All user-generated content will remain for the benefit of the group and the benefit of future members from which to learn. Cancelled and existing members may request at any time for their group topics to be attributed to “Anonymous (Protected)” by contacting us.

PIQ Mentoring has been teaching some forms of these models for over 14 years to both paid and pro-bono clientele. Some of the lessons used in teaching those clients have added benefit still today for our current members. From time to time, to teach our members we utilize up to, but no more than 16 representative accounts that will be used to ask questions within the groups using these older experiences while protecting previous clients’ identities, names, and images. Representative members and any connection of their names or images to any persons, living or dead is purely coincidental and unintentional.

Termination/Access Restriction

PIQ Mentoring reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the piqmentoring.com website and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, U.S.A. and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Larimer County, Colorado, U.S.A. in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the piqmentoring.com website. Use of the piqmentoring.com website is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph.
